That dark paneling has got to go!

My husband trusted most of my design ideas.  He allowed the pale pink walls in our first house.  Didn’t balk at any of the fixes I wanted in the second house except he insisted that we keep this knotty pine paneling in the master bedroom.  He called it cozy. I called it

Thankfully John had no admiration for the red carpet.

Thankfully he listened to reason when we had to put the house on the market right away to satisfy the contingency on the next house purchase and get this house sold.

From mere weeks to nearly 2 years old. Tommy got his first taste of what would be years of “helping” mom.

The house sold to the first person who looked at it. On to the next…
